I Crafted My Programs
In 2013 I turned the BIG 50! Now I am heading into my 55th year here on Earth and I know all too well that some days it's harder to get out of bed without some kind of ache or pain. I feel all my past injuries show up with more intensity
and I continue to lose my keys no matter how hard I try not to!! LOL
As women transform and step into our wiser years of a 40+ life, our minds and bodies don't seem to keep up
as well as they use to. After years of stress and running on empty we start to realize it's time to take care of us,
so we can continue to take care of others. That's just how women work. We are the CAREGIVERS of the universe.
I used my same systems to take my body from a size 17 to a size 12 within 30 Days! No gimmicks, special diets, special supplements or shakes. All based on Whole Food Nutrition and Functional HIIT Metabolic Burning workouts
30 minutes a day at least 3-4 times a week.
There are three components that have to flourish to keep us strong, healthy and moving.
MINDSET - FUNCTIONAL FITNESS - NUTRITION
I don't strive for BALANCE I strive for HARMONY in all three areas.
I make sure everyone receives the guidance and motivation they need to get the most out of the time that they spend training with me. What fits their level of fitness at the time and what will help them to feel better,
move better and have more energy for their everyday life.
MINDSET IS EVERYTHING for anything we want to accomplish in life and that certainly is no different when looking at
our health and fitness programs. FORM is the next most important, focusing on proper form to reduce injuries and
modifying movements for those range of motion movements and/or injury limitations that can take your workout to
the next level. NUTRITION well if you want to waste your time coming to train with me and don't want to put in
the work to decrease the INFLAMMATION in your body then you will continue to stay exactly where you are at.
It's simple without good fuel the body will not run with efficiency. Food doesn't have to be a negative thing.
I teach my ladies how to enjoy life and the food you put into your body. Depriving yourself is no fun you just
need someone that knows how your body works and that can give you other options
and knows what an ACTIVE Woman over 40+ needs to fuel their body and their life .
My main goal is to deliver you results. With that being said I will push you when you need it,
Keep you in good form as you push through the workouts, teach you how to fuel your body for success
and I will cheer you on as you reach each success be it big or small.
